Refund policy

Please contact me via email before attempting to return a product and allow 24-48 hours for a response. Each item is printed at the time of order. Please be mindful when making size and color selections, as we do not exchange or refund for those reasons. Kindly note that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s).

Damaged/defective or misprinted items qualify for reason of return or exchange. Claims must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your product(s). When submitting the claim, please include a picture of the error. I am ONLY responsible for an error on my part. All sale items are non-refundable.
